Started in 2018, the Clinics Program In Law on Wine & Spirits (C.LA.W.S.) works in collaboration with various actors in the filed of Wine & Spirits (Wine in Moderation, Syndicat Général des Vignerons, Union des Maisons de Champagne, C.I.V.C….). C.LA.W.S. is part of the Master’s Degree curriculum and our students work under the supervision of the academic staff of the Wine & Law Program and in close relationship with our institutional partners on real cases of the wine and spirits sector. This allows more than simply discovering the « real world » of wine & spirits, to deal with complex and innovating matters though training experience. Often the results of the exercice are either published or disseminated to the members of our partners.
